Process & Solutions
Addressing the processing requirements for non-metallic minerals—specifically high purity, high whiteness, and fine particle size—we provide a comprehensive, full-lifecycle process flow ranging from coarse crushing to ultrafine pulverization. The entire production line encompasses six core stages: crushing, conveying, grinding, classifying, dust collection, surface modification (optional), and packaging.

Stage 1:Crushing
Raw materials (such as waste tires and plastic blocks) need to be pre-crushed using a shredder or crusher to control the particle size within the range of 10mm-20mm, meeting the feeding standards of the ultrafine grinding mill and preventing equipment blockage due to excessively large particles.
Stage 2:Grinding
The pre-treated material is fed into the raw material hopper via an elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by a vibrating feeder.
● High-purity ultrafine powder processing: For carbon black recycling with extremely high purity requirements, our CLCM series vortex mill is the ideal choice. This equipment achieves ultrafine grinding through high-speed shearing force, effectively disintegrating agglomerated carbon black particles, ensuring excellent powder shape and good dispersibility. Furthermore, the absence of metal contact within the equipment avoids material contamination and preserves the reinforcing activity of the carbon black.
● Standard Fine Powder Processing: For heat-sensitive materials such as waste plastics (such as PE, PP, and PVC), our HGM series ultrafine grinding mill performs exceptionally well. This equipment achieves low-temperature grinding through an optimized grinding chamber design and cooling system, effectively preventing plastics from melting or degrading during the crushing process and preserving the original properties of the material.
Stage 3:Classification
The ground material enters a high-efficiency turbine classifier with the airflow. By adjusting the rotation speed of the classifying wheel, the required particle size range (e.g., D97≤10μm) can be precisely cut. Qualified fine powder enters the collection system with the airflow, while coarse particles automatically fall back into the grinding chamber for further grinding, forming a closed-loop cycle. This ensures a concentrated particle size distribution in the finished product, free of coarse impurities, and guarantees the performance stability of the recycled material.
Stage 4:Powder Collecting
The micro-powder meeting the fineness requirements enters a pulse dust collector for gas-solid separation with the airflow. The entire system operates under negative pressure and is equipped with a long-bag low-pressure pulse dust collector. The dust emission concentration is far below the national standard, with a collection efficiency of up to 99.9%. The collected finished powder is discharged through a discharge valve into the finished product silo, achieving dust-free production.
Stage 5:Packaging
The finished powder is packaged in 25kg bags or ton bags using an automatic packaging machine. The entire process is carried out in a sealed environment to ensure no dust contamination and to guarantee the hygiene and safety of the finished product during transportation and storage.
