HGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill has been proved a new type of mill with outstanding features and stable quality by thousands of customers. It was designed by our engineer and technicians on the basis of multiple innovation, test and experience, and absorbed many advantages of manufacturing technique of mills domestic and aboard. It is the ideal equipment for production of ultrafine powder in the fields of mining, chemical industry, metallurgy and construction etc.

HGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill mainly consist of crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, belt feeder, main unit, sound-proof room, classifier, powder collector, bag filter, muffler, blower and electric cabinet.

Step 1: Intelligent Feeding & Centrifugal Distribution
Raw materials are crushed to the required size and conveyed to the storage hopper. A frequency-controlled belt feeder ensures an even flow into the upper distribution plate. As the turn-plate rotates, powerful centrifugal force drives the materials to the edge, where they fall uniformly into the grinding chambers for multi-layer processing.

Step 2: High-Pressure Multi-Layer Grinding
This is where the core transformation happens. Driven by the main unit, all grinding rollers roll intensely within the multi-layer rings. The materials undergo repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding through the impact of the rollers.This multi-layer design significantly increases the grinding surface area compared to traditional mills, ensuring ultra-fine output.

Step 3: High-Speed Precision Classifying
The fine powder is carried by a high-pressure airflow toward the classifier. Our high-speed impeller acts as a precision gatekeeper: it screens the particle size with surgical accuracy. Qualified fine particles pass through to the collector, while over-sized particles are rejected and fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding.

Step 4: Efficient Collection & Eco-Friendly Output
The final product is separated in the high-efficiency cyclone collector and discharged via the bottom valve for packing. To ensure a dust-free environment, a pulse bag filter captures 99.9% of residual dust. The vibration system ensures the powder falls automatically into the conveyor, while filtered clean air is silently released through the muffler.
