CLCM Vortex Air Classifier Mill
CLCM is one of today’s most widely used grinding machines for reducing dry fine chemicals, food products, and other materials. It combines a mechanical impact mill with dynamic air classifier for middle-small volume continuous processing. After several years experience, it can be customized to different materials. Working Principle
The raw materials are released and transmitted by the feeding belt conveyor from the raw material hopper, with the weight of the materials being controlled by the belt scale and the tramp iron in the materials being removed by the iron remover. Subsequently, the materials are sent to the elevator, via the air lock valve and screw conveyor, into the mill interior for pulverization. After pulverization, the qualified powder separated from the powder classifier is transmitted into the tank-type pulse dust collector, then after the screw conveyor and discharge valve they are transported to the final product hopper, packed as sold directly. A small amount of coarse materials (colloquially “slag”) is released out by the mill unit, and re-feed into the machine to be grinded again.

HGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill mainly consist of raw materials hopper, belt weigher, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, screw feeder, air-lock discharge valve, main unit, pulse dust collector, induced dtaft fan, pulse dust collector, silencer.

This pressurized gas is forced through a series of specially designed nozzles, converting the pressure energy into kinetic energy.

The material is introduced into the grinding chamber via venturi injector.

The particles collide with each other and get pulverized under a high-speed jet stream.

The resulting fine particles leave the grinding chamber with the gas stream.

After the particles and the gas are separated, the micronized product gets collected in a container. The filtered gas is vented.
