Addressing the production characteristics of the chemical industry, which require “precise particle size, no pollution, and activity preservation” for powders, our equipment can complete the entire process of crushing, grinding, classification, powder collection, and packaging, ensuring that the powder performs optimally in end-use applications.

Stage 1:Crushing
Raw materials (such as inorganic salt lumps and cellulose agglomerates) need to undergo preliminary crushing to control the particle size within the range of 10mm-20mm, meeting the feeding standards of the ultrafine grinding mill and preventing equipment blockage due to excessively large particles.
Stage 2:Grinding
The pre-treated material is fed into the raw material hopper via an elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by a vibrating feeder.

● Fine shearing processing: For materials with special requirements for particle shape and dispersibility, such as cellulose, bioengineering materials, and pesticides, our CLCM series vortex mill performs exceptionally well. This equipment achieves ultrafine grinding through high-speed shearing force, ensuring excellent powder particle shape and good dispersibility, and the absence of metal contact within the equipment preserves bioactive components.
Stage 3:Classification
The ground material enters a high-efficiency turbine classifier via airflow. By adjusting the rotation speed of the classifying wheel, the required particle size range (e.g., D97≤10μm) can be precisely cut. Qualified fine powder enters the collection system with the airflow, while coarse particles automatically fall back into the grinding chamber for further grinding, forming a closed-loop cycle. This ensures a concentrated particle size distribution in the finished product, free of coarse impurities, and guarantees the uniformity of the chemical reaction.
Stage 4:Powder Collecting
The micro-powder meeting the fineness requirements enters a pulse dust collector for gas-solid separation. The entire system operates under negative pressure and is equipped with a long-bag low-pressure pulse dust collector. Dust emission concentrations are far below national standards, with a collection efficiency of up to 99.9%. The collected finished powder is discharged through a discharge valve into the finished product silo, achieving dust-free production.
Stage 5:Packaging
The finished powder is packaged in 25kg bags or ton bags by an automatic packaging machine. The entire process is carried out in a closed system, ensuring no dust pollution and guaranteeing the safety of the finished product during transportation and storage.
