Clirik enhanced roller grinding mill is suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Moh’s hardness less than 6 and humidity less than 6%, it is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction etc. The granularity of the finished powder size can be adjusted between 80 and 500 meshes. Examples of processing materials include quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramic, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal and other materials, total about 400 kinds of materials.

Working Principle
The raw materials are released and transmitted by the feeding belt conveyor from the raw material hopper, with the weight of the materials being controlled by the belt scale and the tramp iron in the materials being removed by the iron remover. Subsequently, the materials are sent to the elevator, via the air lock valve and screw conveyor, into the mill interior for pulverization. After pulverization, the qualified powder separated from the powder classifier is transmitted into the tank-type pulse dust collector, then after the screw conveyor and discharge valve they are transported to the final product hopper, packed as sold directly. A small amount of coarse materials (colloquially “slag”) is released out by the mill unit, and re-feed into the machine to be grinded again.

HGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill mainly consist of raw materials hopper, belt weigher, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, screw feeder, air-lock discharge valve, main unit, pulse dust collector, induced dtaft fan, pulse dust collector, silencer.

Step 1: Material Crushing & Feeding
Big materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the required particle sizes, and carried by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and are fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding.

Step 2: Grinding Process
The materials are pressed and grinded by the grinding rollers in the main unit.

Step 3: Classifying Process
The grinded powder are carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier to be classified, the particles which meet the fineness enter cyclone collector, the coarse particles return to the grinding chamber for regrinding.

Step 4: Collection & Discharge
The fine particles are separated and collected, then discharged at the discharging valve as finished products. The airflow is sucked to the blower by return pipe on the top of cyclone collector, forming a sealed circulation system.
