Targeting the production characteristics of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, which require powders to be “sterile and safe, with extremely narrow particle size and crystal form protection,” our equipment can complete the entire process of crushing, grinding, grading, powder collection, and packaging, ensuring that the powders achieve optimal performance in end applications.

Stage 1:Crushing
Raw materials (such as tablets and crystalline granules) need to undergo preliminary crushing to control the particle size within the range of 10mm-20mm, meeting the feeding standards of the ultrafine grinding mill and preventing equipment blockage due to excessively large particles.
Stage 2:Grinding
The pre-treated material is fed into the raw material hopper by an elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by a vibrating feeder. Our CLJM series airflow mills excel in producing micron- or even nano-sized ultrafine powders required for pharmaceuticals (nimodipine, amoxicillin, etc.) and cosmetics. This equipment utilizes supersonic airflow to self-grind materials, eliminating the need for mechanical grinding media and avoiding metal contamination. Simultaneously, the airflow expansion and heat absorption effect enables low-temperature grinding, effectively preventing the degradation and denaturation of heat-sensitive drugs (such as penicillin and ibuprofen) and active ingredients in cosmetics, preserving the material’s crystal structure and efficacy.
Stage 3:Classification
The ground material enters a high-efficiency turbine classifier with the airflow. By adjusting the rotation speed of the classifying wheel, the required particle size range (e.g., D97≤5μm) can be precisely cut. Qualified fine powder enters the collection system with the airflow, while coarse particles automatically fall back into the grinding chamber for further grinding, forming a closed-loop cycle. This ensures a concentrated particle size distribution in the finished product, free of coarse impurities, guaranteeing the stability of drug release and the fineness of the cosmetic.
Stage 4:Powder Collection
The micro-powder meeting the fineness requirements enters a pulse dust collector for gas-solid separation. The entire system operates under negative pressure, equipped with a long-bag low-pressure pulse dust collector. Dust emission concentrations are far below national standards, with a collection efficiency of up to 99.9%. The collected finished powder is discharged through a discharge valve and enters the finished product silo, achieving dust-free production.
Stage 5:Packaging
The finished powder is packaged into 25kg bags or ton bags using an automatic packaging machine. The entire process is carried out in a closed system to ensure no dust pollution and guarantee the hygiene and safety of the finished product during transportation and storage.
