CLIRIK offers a comprehensive range of granite crushing and grinding systems. Our technology is designed to optimize your production efficiency, significantly reduce specific energy consumption, and meet the most stringent manufacturing requirements for various granite-based products.

Material Introduction
Granite is a light-colored plutonic rock characterized by its coarse-grained texture. It is primarily composed of three essential minerals: Quartz [SiO2], Feldspar [KAlSi3O8], and Mica, with varying amounts of hornblende and other silicates. The interlocking crystalline structure formed during the slow cooling of magma gives granite its immense physical strength.
Physically, granite is one of the hardest natural stones, with a Mohs hardness of 6–7, making it highly abrasive and resistant to scratching. It features high density and an exceptionally low water absorption rate, which grants it superior resistance to environmental weathering and frost. Chemically, it is highly stable and resistant to most acids and alkalis. Once processed into ultra-fine powder, granite particles serve as a high-performance reinforcing filler. Its ability to maintain dimensional stability under varying temperatures makes it an ideal material for precision engineering components and heavy-duty industrial coatings.

Industrial Applications
1
200 – 400 Mesh (D97: 75-38μm): Infrastructure & Architectural Stone
Applications :
Primarily used as high-grade aggregate for High-Speed Railways, airport runways, and as a raw material for reconstituted stone products.
Advantages :
It provides exceptional load-bearing capacity and wear resistance, ensuring the long-term stability of critical transportation infrastructure under extreme mechanical stress.
2
800 – 1250 Mesh (D97: 18-10μm): Wear-Resistant Floors & Cast Stone
Applications :
Essential component for Industrial Wear-Resistant Floors, heavy-duty concrete additives, and high-strength cast stone components.
Advantages :
At this fineness, it significantly enhances the surface hardness and impact resistance of industrial flooring, reducing maintenance costs in high-traffic environments.
3
1500 – 2500 Mesh (D97: 10-5μm): Anti-Corrosive Coatings & Artificial Quartz
Applications :
Used as a functional filler in Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosive Coatings, marine paints, and high-end artificial quartz surfaces.
Advantages :
The increased surface area improves the barrier properties of coatings against chemical erosion. In artificial stone, it provides a natural aesthetic finish combined with superior scratch resistance.
4
3000 Mesh + (D97: ≤5μm): Precision Engineering & Electronic Fillers
Applications :
Specialized functional material for Precision Surface Plates, electronic-grade insulating fillers, and high-performance polymer composites.
Advantages :
The ultra-fine particle size ensures perfect dispersion and extreme dimensional stability. It is critical for the production of high-precision metrology instruments and electronic packaging materials where thermal expansion must be minimized.
