CLIRIK offers a comprehensive range of dehydrated gypsum crushing and grinding systems. Our technology is designed to optimize your production efficiency, significantly reduce specific energy consumption, and meet the most stringent manufacturing requirements for various dehydrated gypsum-based products.

Material Introduction
Dehydrated gypsum, scientifically known as Anhydrite, has the chemical formula CaSO4. Unlike its dihydrate counterpart (CaSO4.2H2O), it lacks chemically bonded water. Depending on the processing temperature, it can exist as soluble anhydrite or “dead-burnt” insoluble anhydrite (Anhydrite II), each with distinct reactivity profiles.
Physically, dehydrated gypsum is denser and harder than raw gypsum, with a Mohs hardness of 3–3.5. It typically appears as a white or colorless crystalline powder. Chemically, it is valued for its ability to hydrate back into a solid matrix under specific conditions and its high calcium content. Once processed into ultra-fine powder, it exhibits excellent whiteness, low oil absorption, and chemical stability. These inherent traits allow it to function as a premier reinforcing filler and a precision-regulating agent in advanced construction materials and industrial formulations.

Industrial Applications
1
200 – 400 Mesh (D97: 75-38μm): Cement Retarder & Plaster Boards
Applications :
Primarily used as a Cement Setting Retarder to control the hardening rate of concrete and as a core material for gypsum wallboards.
Advantages :
It ensures consistent workability and prevents flash setting in large-scale construction. Its high structural stability contributes to the fire-resistant properties of architectural panels.
2
800 – 1250 Mesh (D97: 18-10μm): Self-Leveling Floors & High-End Plasters
Applications :
Essential for Self-Leveling Floor Compounds, specialized dental plasters, and architectural decorative moldings.
Advantages :
At this fineness, it ensures a rapid and uniform hydration process, producing a smooth, crack-free surface with high compressive strength. Its low shrinkage characteristics are critical for precision flooring applications.
3
1500 – 2500 Mesh (D97: 10-5μm): Paper Filler & Specialized Plastics
Applications :
Used as a high-brightness Paper Filler and as a functional extender in PVC and polyolefin plastic compounds.
Advantages :
The increased surface area and high whiteness improve the opacity and smoothness of premium paper. In plastics, it enhances the dimensional stability and heat resistance of the final components.
4
3000 Mesh + (D97: ≤5μm): High-Performance Coatings & Pharmaceuticals
Applications :
Specialized functional material for Industrial Coatings, high-gloss paints, and as a carrier for pharmaceutical active ingredients.
Advantages :
The ultra-fine particle size ensures perfect dispersion and a flawless surface finish. It provides superior weather resistance in paints and ensures precise delivery and consistency in specialized medical formulations.

Core Processing Advantages

Optimizing Particle Distribution with CLIRIK Technology:
When processing dehydrated gypsum, CLIRIK’s grinding systems utilize specialized shear and compression forces to achieve superior results. We focus on reducing energy consumption while ensuring a uniform particle size distribution (PSD), which is important for the hydration rate and setting time consistency of the mineral in downstream applications.

Customized Powder Engineering:
We provide tailor-made solutions matching international standards for whiteness and fineness across the construction (plasterboard), ceramic mold, and medical industries.

Purity Protection:
For continuous high-pressure grinding, our core components feature top-tier wear-resistant coatings to prevent iron contamination, ensuring the final dehydrated gypsum product maintains its premium purity.

Intelligent Particle Control:
Our modular mill design and intelligent control systems strictly monitor D97 levels, ensuring high batch-to-batch consistency.

24/7 Rapid Response Maintenance:
We minimize unplanned downtime through our responsive global after-sales network and spare parts supply, providing technical support to keep your production lines running at peak performance.
