The CLIRIK CLG series machine utilizes three modifying rollers in a unique triangle structure. When you feed the dry powder and a precise amount of agent into the chamber, the high-speed rotation creates fluidizing vortexes. The heat generated by friction and shearing ensures perfect film formation on every single particle.

Step 1: Raw Material Feeding
Raw material is fed into the hopper from silos or bags. A screw conveying device with adjustable speed ensures a steady and synchronized flow of dry powder into the modification chamber.

Step 2: Intelligent Dosing & Atomization
The integrated agent-adding system automatically melts the modifier (solid or liquid). It precisely doses and atomizes the agent into the chamber based on a pre-set temperature control system to ensure perfect coverage.

Inside the chamber, three modifying rollers in a triangle structure rotate at high speed, creating powerful gas-solid fluidizing vortexes. This ensures every single particle is fully dispersed and interacts with the coating agent.
