CLDJ turbine pulverizer is mainly used in plastics (PS/PVC/ABS etc.), pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food (chilli, pepper, wheat, soybean, vegetables). In the crushing process of low hardness materials, the fineness of 30-150 mesh can be adjusted. It features high output yield, fine grain size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, and easy installation. Especially suitable for oily, viscous, heat-sensitive, and fibrous materials in low hardness crushing processes.

Working Principle
HGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill has been proved a new type of mill with outstanding features and stable quality by thousands of customers. It was designed by our engineer and technicians on the basis of multiple innovation, test and experience, and absorbed many advantages of manufacturing technique of mills domestic and aboard. It is the ideal equipment for production of ultrafine powder in the fields of mining, chemical industry, metallurgy and construction etc.

Step 1: Material Feeding
Material enters the machine from the hopper into the crushing cavity.

Step 2: High-Speed Impact
The motor drives the shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed. Under the high-speed rotation of the turbine, material is strongly impacted by the turbine blades, and undergoes friction and impact between the ring on the turbine and the screen grinding blocks.

Step 3: Grinding & Cooling
The fine powder is carried by a high-pressure airflow toward the classifier. Our high-speed impeller acts as a precision gatekeeper: it screens the particle size with surgical accuracy. Qualified fine particles pass through to the collector, while over-sized particles are rejected and fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding.

Step 4: Screening & Collection
The final product is separated in the high-efficiency cyclone collector and discharged via the bottom valve for packing. To ensure a dust-free environment, a pulse bag filter captures 99.9% of residual dust. The vibration system ensures the powder falls automatically into the conveyor, while filtered clean air is silently released through the muffler.
