Powder Grinding Test for Sodium sulfate,Calcium oxide and Limestone With HGM Ultrafine Mill

At the request of the customer, we did the material grinding test for the customer last night.

Since there have been many customers for the test machine recently, we arranged three test machines yesterday. The materials are sodium sulfate, calcium oxide, and limestone.

More details:

1. Sodium sulfate customer needs to make coarse-grained Yuanming powder into fine powder for industrial dye filler. Fineness requirements 200-400 mesh

2. Calcium oxide customer needs to process calcium oxide into 600 mesh ultrafine powder, which can be widely used in fillers, desiccants, refractory materials, building materials, metallurgical fluxes, cement accelerators, and fluorescent powder fluxes.

3. Limestone customers need to produce 1250 mesh calcium carbonate powder for coating, paint, paper and other industries.

Among them, the machine used for testing is the HGM series ultrafine grinding mill independently developed by CLIRIK Machinery.

  • Working principle: 

HGM ultrafine grinding mill is a kind of internal graded high-pressure ultra-fine roller mill, which can complete the process of micro powder pulverization and micro powder sorting at the same time.

The supporting equipment is mainly composed of the main engine, dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan, closing fan, cyclone collector, and electric control cabinet.

The ultra-fine grinding mill drives the wheel frame to rotate through the rotation of the main shaft, and the auxiliary shaft rotates along with it. 

The grinding wheel on the auxiliary shaft not only revolves around the main shaft but also rotates around its respective auxiliary. 

During the revolution and rotation of the grinding wheel, a strong centrifugal force is generated, and a strong grinding occurs with the stator. The material is crushed under the action of pressure and grinding force. 

The pulverized material falls onto the throwing disc, and the throwing disc rotates with the main shaft. It throws the powder into the ring between the stator and the machine body. 

Under the action of the negative pressure of the system, it rises to the upper grading chamber along the shunt ring for grading. , the qualified fine powder enters the collection system through the grading wheel, and the coarse material falls into the crushing chamber along the inner wall of the shunt ring to be crushed again.

  • Performance advantages:

High efficiency: more than double the production efficiency of impact mill, Raymond mill, jet mill and ball mill classifier.

Large output: when used for the production of 10 micron heavy calcium, the output of the 150 model is more than 1 ton.

Small investment: unqualified coarse powder is automatically recovered and re-grinded, without the need for additional grading equipment.

The fineness adjustment range is wide: D97=5~74μm, reaching the fineness index of fluidized bed jet mill.

Fineness adjustment is convenient: online adjustment of product granularity is simple and efficient, and does not affect the production progress.

Environmental protection and high efficiency: The recovery rate of fine powder is high, and dust-free production can be realized, which meets the national environmental protection requirements and does not pollute the environment.

Easy installation: no large-scale civil works, normal cement floor can be used.
