The abrasive is sent to the grinding disc for rotation by the airlock feeding device. Under the action of centrifugal force and frictional force, the material moves around the grinding disc and enters the grinding roller table. The retaining ring on the outside of the grinding disc causes the material to form a layer of material (ie, the grinder).

With the rotation of the grinding disc, the grinding roller grinds compress and grinds the material on the grinding disc with the grinding pressure on the order of 10MPa and the shear force caused by the speed difference.

During this process, some large granular materials fall into the scraping chamber under the grinding disc through the annular nozzle, and the scraping plate in the scraping chamber rotates with the grinding disc to scrape the material to the slag discharge port and re-feed the vertical mill through the external circulation equipment for grinding. grinding (ie, the outer cycle of vertical grinding).

Due to the action of the circulating fan, the hot air entering the grinding disc passes through the annular nozzle around the grinding disc at a speed of 40-80m/s, and brings the abrasive to the upper part of the mill, and the enlarged upper shell of the mill slows down the large particle materials due to the wind speed. 

And fall on the grinding plate for re-grinding; fine particles enter the dynamic and static powder separator with the airflow for coarse and fine separation, and the coarse particles return from the blanking cone to the center of the grinding plate for re-grinding (that is, the internal circulation of vertical grinding), and the fine powder follows the airflow. 1. Transmission:

2. Grinding device:

Grinding discs and grinding rollers are important grinding components, and their shape design must make the grinding material form a material bed of uniform thickness on the grinding disc. Grinding consumption plays a very important role.

3. Hydraulic device:

The hydraulic system provides the grinding pressure for the grinding of the mill (part of the mill has the function of lifting the grinding roller).

The hydraulic system is used to control the applied and controlled force of the material, and the grinding pressure can be adjusted according to the change of the grindability of the material, so that the mill often runs under the most economical conditions, reducing the consumption of useless work, and prolonging the use of the grinding roller and grinding disc liner life.

At the same time, due to the buffering effect of the accumulator, the pressure applied by the hydraulic cylinder is elastic and can be adjusted automatically to realize the normal operation of the hydraulic cylinder.

When encountering large and hard debris, the grinding roller can jump up to avoid damage to the grinding parts and transmission due to overloading.

4. Limiting device:

The unique vertical grinding limit device can make the mill start with light load, the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding disc can be adjusted, keep the thickness of the material layer stable, improve the grinding efficiency, ensure that the grinding roller and the grinding disc are not in direct contact, and avoid the vibration of the mill , to protect the vertical grinding reducer.

5. Separation device:

Powder selectors play a very important role in the output, energy consumption and operation of vertical grinding. Generally, high-efficiency dynamic and static powder selectors and AC frequency conversion speed regulation are used. Through high-speed rotation, blade and coarse particle impact, the surrounding speed of the material is large and the centrifugal force is large. , Separation, fine particles can be ground through the gap between the separator blades and collected by the dust removal equipment.

The separator has high separation efficiency, less fine powder returning to the grinding disc, less material grinding, high grinding efficiency, stable material layer and low vibration.

6. Lubrication device:

The lubricating devices are mainly the reducer lubricating station, the grinding roller lubricating station, the main motor thin oil station and the circulating fan thin oil station.

7. Water spray device:

The water spray device is mainly due to the drying of the material and the instability of the material layer, increasing the humidity helps to form a stable material layer and reduces the vibration of the mill.

8. Mill housing and frame:

The vertical mill shell is divided into an upper shell, a lower shell and a frame part, each part is connected by bolts, and the lower shell is welded on the frame and the connecting beam.
