Six CLJM-L models combine dynamic classification with 0.5–75 μm output and 0.5–600 kg/h (1.1–1,323 lb/h) capacity, while classifier speed, gas pressure, feed rate and material behavior determine the actual production point. Air or nitrogen operation and steel, alloy or ceramic contact options match dry abrasive, heat-sensitive, high-purity and oxidation-sensitive powders. Material testing converts the budgetary starting price into a model, utility and performance proposal.

Increasing classifier speed generally makes a finer cut, while gas pressure, feed rate and material fracture behavior shift both throughput and energy demand. A material trial is required before clirik fixes a guaranteed production point.
Choose Contact Materials and Gas Mode from the Powder Risk
Dry, brittle powders that fluidize and fracture are the strongest candidates. Screen feed condition, abrasion, purity, oxidation and dust hazard before choosing the contact surfaces and process-gas circuit.

Wet, sticky, fluffy, elastic or ductile feeds may not circulate or fracture reliably. Drying, pre-sizing, another milling route or an application trial should be agreed before equipment selection.
