How to install the grinding mill correctly?

The installation of the pulverizer directly affects the mechanical operation effect of the pulverizer, and the installation must comply with the technical specifications and standards. The reasonable installation of the mill needs to pay attention to a few points.

1. When installing the pulverizer, pay attention to the center alignment of the transmission center axis, and the centering error cannot exceed the compensation amount of the coupling used in the pulverizer. After the pulverizer is centered according to the requirements, a more ideal transmission effect and a longer service life can be obtained.

2. The installation location should ensure the operation of the staff, including convenient access to the vernier, vent plug, and oil drain plug. After the mill is installed, the inspectors should comprehensively check the accuracy of the installation position in the order, and determine the reliability of each fastener.

3. When installing the transmission parts on the output shaft of the mill, attention must be paid to the gentle operation. It is forbidden to use tools such as hammers for rough installation. Press the transmission parts into the mill, which will protect the internal parts of the mill from damage.

4. Before running the mill, make preparations for the operation, remove the vent plug of the oil pool and replace it with a vent plug, open the oil level plug screw to check the height of the oil line, and add lubricating oil to the level of the oil level plug screw. The hole overflows, and after screwing on the oil level plug and confirming that it is correct, the test run can be started.

5. The fixation of the pulverizer is very important. To ensure stability and firmness, generally speaking, we should install the pulverizer on a horizontal foundation or base. At the same time, the oil in the oil drain tank should be able to be discharged, and the cooling air circulation should be smooth. If the pulverizer is not fixed well and the foundation is unreliable, it will cause phenomena such as vibration and vibration, and it will also cause unnecessary damage to the bearings and gears.

6. There are many optional types of couplings used in the mill, but it is best not to use rigidly fixed couplings. The installation of such couplings is difficult, and the load will be increased once installed improperly. , it is easy to cause damage to the bearing, and even break the output shaft.

7. The test run time of the pulverizer should not be less than two hours. The standard of normal operation is that the operation is stable, with no vibration, no noise, no leakage, and no impact. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be eliminated in time.

8. When necessary, protective devices should be installed on the transmission coupling of the mill. For example, there are protrusions on the coupling or gears, sprockets are used for transmission, etc. If the radial load on the output bearing is large, the reinforced type should also be selected.
