HGM ring-roller grinding and air classification are arranged as a closed circuit for ultrafine powder production.
مطحنة HGM فائقة الدقة
The HGM uses multiple roller-and-ring grinding layers with an air classifier to produce fine and ultrafine powder from brittle, nonflammable and nonexplosive materials. Eight listed models cover different grinding-ring diameters, classifier arrangements, fineness bands, and calcium-carbonate reference outputs.
- Models listedHGM80, HGM100L-II, HGM100P, HGM100L-H, HGM125L, HGM125L-H, HGM1680L, HGM1680L-H
- الحجم الأقصى للطعام≤20 mm (≤0.79 in)
- Published page-level fineness range150–3000 mesh (5–100 μm); available ranges differ by model
- Material conditionsMohs hardness ≤6, moisture ≤6%, brittle, nonflammable, and nonexplosive
- Typical mineralsCalcium carbonate, calcite, limestone, marble, dolomite, gypsum, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, barite, and graphite
- Published capacity examplesHGM80: 0.5–5.5 metric t/h; HGM100L-II: 1–10 metric t/h; HGM100P: 1.2–11 metric t/h; HGM1680L: 6–26 metric t/h
- Capacity conditionsThe official table bases these values on calcium carbonate plant feedback and assigns a different fineness band to each model; output for another mineral or powder target requires testing and model selection
