Clirik offers customized ultra-fine grinding machine for calcite and barite powder production used in papermaking or other industries. The HGM Ultrafine Mill is proved to be the most favored grinding machine by our customers. The final fineness is adjustable from 325mesh to 2500mesh. And the equipped pulse filter and sound absorber can reduce greatly powder and noise pollution.

Calcite and barite ultra-fine grinding process (final powder fineness: 1250 mesh)

After being redacted by hammer crusher, limestone and barite materials are sent to storage bin by elevator. Then they are sent by electromagnetic vibrating feeder to the center of dial evenly and ground and pulverized into fine grains by roller. Then grains descend to the second and third ring for further grinding. The high pressure centrifugal blower blows the grains to powder classifier for classification. Calcite and barite powder of 1250mesh or less in size passes the classifier to be discharged as final product, while coarse grains are sent back to grinding chamber for further grinding.
